How to reserve an HGSA field.

In order to reserve an HGSA field (or Minor or Major field), please email [email protected]

Fields can be reserved for the following time slots:

Monday thru Friday

5:00pm to 5:55pm

6:00pm to 7:25pm

7:30pm to 8:55pm

9:00pm to 10:00pm

Saturday & Sunday time slots are for 1hr & 55mins starting at 8:00am and on the even hour and ending at 10:00pm.

These time had been worked out to maximize field usage time, without gaps. The Monday thru Friday times allow more teams an opportunity for field use. The 5 minutes at the end of practice allows for field raking and dugout clean-up.

How to reserve a Township field or Hamilton School field

1.      Determine date and location you want. All school fields can be requested as well as township parks with softball fields.

2.    Email Nicole Zoller at Hamilton Township Recreation, [email protected] Nicole will verify the field is reserved or instruct you to select another time or location.

3.    You can reserve two fields at a time. For example, you want to have practice on Monday and Wednesday at Sayen Elementary. You can make the request at the same time.

4.      Once she confirms field availability, you MUST go to the Hamilton Township Recreation Office located at 2388 Kuser Road Hamilton, NJ 08690. There is an envelope on the outside of the door that will have the permit with your name on it.

5.      Keep this permit and bring it with you to your practice. If another team is practicing and they don’t have a permit, show them your permit and they will have to leave. Additionally, if it is found that HGSA teams are using fields without permits, HGSA can lose ALL privileges to township fields.

6.      Show up on reserved date and practice.
