Spring 2025 Registration is OPEN!

It is our job to be constantly improving and I make it my personal mission to always make each and every season better than the last. So we as a board took a look a look at all of the things we have done, what is working, what isn't working and what could use some improvements. I am not promising perfection, but I am promising we are working our very hardest to deliver your athletes the best experience on and off the field that we possibly can! We have spring 2025 ready to roll with all of our usual practices games and events... but we also have a few tricks up our sleeves to surprise you along the way! But let's keep this email as brief as possible and dive into the good stuff! We heard our volunteers and parents when they asked us to streamline our fundraising! We have put all of our fundraising upfront into our registration. So once you are registered you have fulfilled 100% of your fundraising obligations. With that said, you will notice the 50/50's have been added into your registration fee, increasing your upfront cost by $50. You will receive ten 50/50 tickets with a $5 face value at meet and greet. If you sell all ten you get that $50 back. Our pot the last two years has been over 13k and we anticipate this one will be even bigger. So you can also choose to fill those tickets out and keep them for yourself! You can also request as many as you would like to sell! As always the fee of $50 for coupon cards is included at registration. You will receive five $10 face value coupon cards to sell and again can earn back the full $50 upfront cost. This will bring your total fundraising fee at registration to $100. Once that is paid during registration you are done fundraising for the season! We have kept our prices the same for many years now. That has been made possible by the efforts of all of our events, volunteers and fundraising. However, we are not immune to the inflation around us. We have increased the price of each division by $15 dollars. Our managers are responsible for a lot more than you see out on the fields and we appreciate all that they do! Early bird registration discount is going on now through 11/30/24. It is $15 and stacks with all other discounts!! We offer a $30 discount on the second and beyond athlete you enroll! Another thing you've all requested is all the important dates upfront, well we have them!! Those dates will be provided in the email that will be sent out to the community and can be found on the registration page when registering your athlete. I will caution everyone, we expect spring registration to fill in every division for spring 2025 so please do not wait until the last minute to register. The numbers of teams we can take goes hand in hand with the amount of volunteers we have. So Please consider volunteering for a manager or coaches position!
